Character’s origin and universe

Lala Satalin Deviluke is the crown princess of the planet Deviluke. After leaving her world to escape the suitors chosen by her father, she accidentally arrives on Earth and meets Rito Yûki, a reserved secondary school pupil with whom she quickly falls in love.

Despite her spontaneous and sometimes unpredictable behaviour, Lala is exceptionally intelligent. She devises numerous futuristic inventions that rarely make Rito’s life any easier and regularly lead to situations that are as spectacular as they are comical.
