Origin and character’s universe

Venomsaurus, also known as Venomsaurus Rex, is a creature from an alternate reality within the Spider-Verse. It is the result of a symbiote fusing with a Tyrannosaurus rex, giving rise to a predator possessing the strength of a dinosaur and the organic abilities characteristic of Venom.

The character appears in *Edge of Spider-Verse* No. 1, published in May 2023, where he faces off against Spider-Rex. Marvel presents him as a supreme predator from the Jurassic era, transformed into a particularly formidable symbiotic adversary.
