Origin and background of the character
Steve Austin (born Steven James Anderson), better known by his ring name ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, is an American professional wrestler and actor whose career defined the ‘Attitude Era’ within World Wrestling Entertainment (then WWF). Characterised by his anti-authority attitude, his direct fighting style and his recurring verbal taunts, he became a major figure in sports entertainment in the late 1990s. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, he remains associated with historic rivalries against figures such as The Rock and the federation’s chairman, Vince McMahon. This figurine celebrates the image of this popular wrestling icon.
