Criss-cross the cosmos and defend Earth thanks to the high-end plastic engineering developed by Bandai Spirits for the mythical space saga Star Blazers / Space Battleship Yamato.

The Arizona-class battleship BB-101 is one of the flagships of Earth's defence fleet, redesigned for the 3199 era. This scale model features a unique futuristic industrial design, with a massive bow incorporating the powerful twin Wave Motion Gun. Its armour is dressed in a superb military colour scheme, combining a battleship grey body with an azure blue leading edge on the bow and stern.

A profusion of microscopic details and mobile turrets:
At 1/1000 scale, this model features immensely fine moulding. The upper hull is dotted with surgical structural lines, miniature flight decks and dozens of small anti-aircraft guns. The triple main battery turrets located on the deck are fully mounted on pivots so that they can be manually swivelled independently to face enemy fleets.

Premium presentation in suspension:
The kit incorporates clusters of translucent red and orange parts to simulate the command bridge optics and wave engine nozzles located aft. To provide a museum-quality display directly after assembly, Bandai includes a dedicated black display stand in the box that mimics a mechanical launch arm to hold the ship in space suspension.
