DEMON SLAYER - Kocho x Craftholic - Statue Noodle Stopper 12cm

Discover Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira from *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba*, in a particularly endearing rendition with this *Noodle Stopper* figurine from the CRAFTHOLIC collaboration, produced by FuRyu. Standing approximately 12 cm tall, this figurine departs from the slayer’s usual attire to depict a relaxing scene in which Shinobu is shown sitting, cradling Rab, CRAFTHOLIC’s iconic long-eared rabbit mascot.

Shinobu is dressed here in a casual outfit in shades of white and purple, consisting of a short-sleeved top decorated with small butterfly motifs and purple trousers. Her bare feet, closed eyes and gentle smile reinforce the peaceful atmosphere of the composition. For this piece, the Rab mascot takes on a lavender hue adorned with multicoloured butterflies, directly echoing Shinobu’s visual identity. Her butterfly-shaped hair ornament is also retained to preserve the character’s key distinguishing features.

Like the other items in the Noodle Stopper range, the figurine is designed to be placed on the edge of a shelf, a desk or a display cabinet, with her legs extending beyond the base. Character background and lore

Shinobu Kocho is one of the Hashira, the highest-ranking fighters in the Demon Slayer Corps. She holds the title of Insect Hashira and wields the Insect Breath. Behind her almost constant smile and her particularly polite manner of speaking lies a fighter who specialises in a fighting style very different from that of the other Hashira.

Shinobu possesses exceptional knowledge of medicine and poisons. Rather than relying solely on physical strength to behead demons, she uses a specially adapted blade that allows her to inject poisons formulated primarily from wisteria. This technical and scientific approach is one of the fundamental characteristics of her fighting style.

CRAFTHOLIC is a Japanese character universe launched in 2008, centred on creatures with simple, elongated silhouettes. Rab, depicted alongside Shinobu on this figurine, is the brand’s energetic rabbit, instantly recognisable by his very long ears. This collaboration reimagines his design by applying colours and butterfly motifs inspired by Shinobu, creating a deliberately peaceful interpretation of the Insect Pillar, a far cry from his usual battles.
