Origin and world of the character
The Tiger Raptor character comes from the Jurassic Park film universe, and more specifically from Steven Spielberg's memorable sequel, The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), adapted from the novel by Michael Crichton. The plot takes us to Isla Sorna ("Site B"), a nearby island where dinosaurs were initially bred in the wild, without fences or cages, after the collapse of the Isla Nublar theme park. In this wild ecosystem, Velociraptors developed distinct physical characteristics, notably an orange or beige skin colour streaked with dark stripes reminiscent of a tiger's coat. This graphic evolution accentuates their natural camouflage in the island's tall grasses. Fearsome pack hunters, Tiger Raptors orchestrate coordinated attacks of terrifying effectiveness, making them among the most memorable and dangerous creatures in the entire franchise.
