Origin and world of the character
Peni Parker is a heroine from the Marvel universe, first introduced in the comics in 2014 before appearing in animated works and videogame adaptations such as the competitive shooter Marvel Rivals. Hailing from an alternate, futuristic version of New York (Earth-14512), Peni Parker is a young Japanese-American pilot who co-leads a mech armour called the SP//dr. This combat robot is powered by a psychic link shared between the pilot and a radioactive spider with cybernetic consciousness, who acts as the system's central unit.
