Origin and backstory of the character

In *Venom War*, Eddie Brock and his son Dylan clash to determine which of them should become the permanent host of the Venom symbiote. Their conflict soon draws in several former hosts and triggers an invasion of symbiotic creatures in New York.

Peter Parker plays a special role in this war, as he was the first hero to wear the black suit. The symbiote chooses to bond with Spider-Man once more, and he temporarily accepts this partnership in order to combat the threat and protect the city’s inhabitants. This time, Peter seems to have a better grasp of the suit’s powers and, in particular, uses webs that take the form of chains.

This figurine captures Spider-Man’s return to black in a dynamic and organic design, created for fans of Marvel, Venom and stories centred on the symbiotes.
