Add the most formidable character from Monsters, Inc. to your collection with this Disney POP! figure No. 1793, featuring Germaine – known as Roz in the original version. Designed by Funko, it depicts the impassive-looking administrative manager in an outfit befitting her role at the Child Detection Agency.
Germaine is instantly recognisable by her pale yellow body, her perpetually lowered eyelids and her unenthusiastic expression. Her small red mouth, her beauty spot and the sculpted wrinkles around her face reinforce her austere appearance and her particularly reserved nature.
The figurine also recreates her grey, spiked hairstyle. Long strands of grey beads cascade down either side of her face and are attached to a striking pair of brown glasses with upturned tips. This very angular frame is one of the character’s key visual features.
Here, Germaine wears a textured yellow cardigan bearing the inscriptions ‘CDA’ and ‘001’. This outfit reveals her affiliation with the Child Detection Agency, the organisation tasked with investigating contact between the worlds of monsters and humans. Her small arms are tucked behind her back, in an upright posture that further emphasises her authority. The official artwork confirms this outfit, the beaded chain glasses and the key details of her face.
Made from vinyl, the figurine stands approximately 11.2 cm tall. Funko presents her as the head of the CDA, always ready to monitor unusual events occurring at the Monsters, Inc. factory. She comes in an illustrated window box bearing the number 1793.

Character background and lore
Germaine appears to work as an administrative manager on the Fear Floor at Monsters, Inc. Seated behind her desk, she checks files, reviews reports and regularly reminds Bob Razowski to hand over the documents he forgets to submit.
Her slow manner, monotonous tone and stern gaze make her seem like an employee concerned solely with procedures. Bob, in fact, considers her one of the most annoying people in the company, particularly because she constantly monitors his work and relentlessly reminds him of administrative rules.
However, this role conceals a much more important mission. Germaine is in fact a senior official at the Child Detection Agency, usually abbreviated to CDA. She conducts undercover investigations into suspicious events occurring within Monsters, Inc. and into illegal activities involving human children. Funko officially describes her as the head of this organisation and as a keen observer of anomalies within the factory.
Her investigation focuses in particular on the clandestine programme set up by Léon Bogue and Henry Waternoose. The two men are seeking to extract children’s screams using a dangerous machine in order to resolve the energy crisis affecting Monstropolis.
At the end of the film, Germaine reveals her true identity and intervenes alongside CDA agents. She confirms that the organisation had been monitoring those behind the plot for several years and that Bob and Sulli had unwittingly helped gather the necessary evidence.
Pixar’s official website presents Germaine as a figure who is both feared by Bob and respected by those who are aware of her true level of authority.
This POP! figure specifically chooses to depict this second identity. The cardigan bearing the words ‘CDA 001’ replaces her usual office attire and presents Germaine not as a mere office worker, but as the agent who was secretly monitoring the entire factory.
