This model reproduces the character's visual characteristics, using the graphic style typical of the Funko POP! range, with an oversized head and simplified body. The elderly warrior is depicted standing in his official tight-fitting black combat outfit, sporting his dark metal protective helmet tied around his head with long straps, his sculpted white beard on his chin, and his limb protectors. The markings below the figure's name on the packaging read "Vinyl Figure", designating a figure with a fixed head.

Created by Masashi Kishimoto, Hiruzen Sarutobi is the Third Hokage (Sandaime Hokage) of the hidden village of Konoha. Nicknamed "The Teacher" because of his immense knowledge and his ability to master all the village's jutsu, he leads the community with benevolence, passing on the philosophy of the "Will of Fire". A former student of the first two Hokages and mentor to the trio of legendary Sannin (Jiraya, Tsunade and Orochimaru), he was forced to resume his duties as military leader after the early death of his successor Minato Namikaze. This miniature edition captures his stoic appearance as supreme leader ready to defend his people, a stance that echoes his historic final battle to protect Konoha from the invasion orchestrated by his former disciple, Orochimaru.
