Relive the Battle of Geonosis with this articulated figureof Anakin Skywalker in his Padawan outfit, measuring approximately 9.5 cm and part of Hasbro’s Star Wars: The Vintage Collection. Inspired by his appearance in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, it depicts the young Jedi apprentice as he fights alongside Padmé Amidala and Obi-Wan Kenobi against the Separatist droid army.

Character background and lore

Anakin Skywalker is discovered on Tatooine by the Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, who recognises his exceptional potential in the Force. Following Qui-Gon’s death, Anakin is entrusted to Obi-Wan Kenobi, who agrees to train him according to the teachings of the Jedi Order.

In *Attack of the Clones*, Anakin is still a talented but impulsive Padawan. Tasked with protecting Senator Padmé Amidala, he gradually grows closer to her despite the Jedi’s prohibition on forming personal attachments. Their relationship becomes one of the defining elements of his story.

After being captured on Geonosis, Anakin fights alongside Padmé and Obi-Wan in an arena filled with dangerous creatures, before facing the forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. These events mark the start of the Clone Wars and represent a major milestone in his journey towards becoming a Jedi Knight.

Although he is regarded as one of the most powerful Jedi of his generation, his fear of losing those he loves and his difficulty in controlling his emotions will later contribute to his downfall and his transformation into Darth Vader.
