Origin and world of the character
Tigger is an anthropomorphic fictional tiger created in 1928 by the British writer Alan Alexander Milne in the book The House at Pooh Corner, then popularised through film and TV adaptations by the Disney studios. Residing in the Forest of Blue Dreams alongside Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Jean-Christophe, he is characterised by his cheerful temperament, his constant dynamism and his propensity to move around by bouncing on his tail like a spring. The "Whittled" design concept applied to this figurine is inspired by traditional woodcarving craftsmanship, giving the PVC structure a rough, ribbed appearance reminiscent of vintage wooden toys.- *
