Character background and universe (Lore)

Eren Jäger is the central character in Attack on Titan, a series created by Hajime Isayama. As a child living within the Walls, he dreams of discovering the outside world. His life is turned upside down in the year 845 when the appearance of the Colossal Titan leads to the fall of Wall Maria and the death of his mother. Eren then develops a deep hatred for the Titans and vows to exterminate them. He subsequently joins the 104th Training Corps with the aim of joining the Survey Corps.

During the Battle of Trost District, Eren discovers that he himself possesses the ability to transform into a Titan. This power quickly becomes a major asset for humanity: in his Titan form, he plays a key role in the operation to seal the Trost breach using a gigantic boulder. After being assessed for the potential danger he poses, he is placed under the command of the Survey Corps.

The form depicted by this POP! figure is the Attacking Titan, one of the Founding Titans whose power Eren possesses. This transformation grants him considerable strength and regenerative abilities, enabling him to confront other Titans directly. The official anime describes Eren as a boy who possesses the power of a Titan and uses it in his fight for humanity’s freedom.
