Character background and lore

Nobara Kugisaki is a first-year student at the Tokyo Exorcism School and, together with Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro, forms the main trio of apprentices under the supervision of Satoru Gojo.

Originally from the Japanese countryside, Nobara has a frank, proud and particularly determined personality. She values her independence highly and refuses to choose between her femininity, her love of fashion and her identity as an exorcist.

Her fighting style is also highly distinctive. She mainly uses a hammer, nails and straw dolls, which she combines with her occult techniques to attack opponents from a distance or establish a link between a target and a part of her own body.

This combination of a strong personality, a keen sense of her own identity and an original fighting technique has quickly made Nobara one of the most popular characters in Jujutsu Kaisen.

The Puchish! range offers a deliberately cuter take on the heroine here, transforming the hot-headed exorcist into a small, easy-to-collect 12 cm mascot.
