Relive one of the most memorable confrontations from the Shibuya arc with this Toji Fushiguro ‘Encounter’ figurine, from SEGA Goods’ FIGURIZMα range. The figure depicts the fearsome ‘exorcist killer’ back in action, ready to pounce on his opponent with his characteristic physical power.

Toji is sculpted in a particularly dynamic, offensive stance, his body leaning forwards and his muscles tensed. He holds the Floating Cloud in his hands, a powerful three-section flail classified as a special-rank cursed object. His determined gaze, tousled black hair and the visible scar at the corner of his mouth further enhance the figure’s authenticity.

The figurine recreates the outfit he wore during the Shibuya incident, consisting of a close-fitting black top and light-coloured trousers held up by a dark belt. The folds in his clothing, the tension in his muscles and the dynamic pose of his weapon accentuate the sense of speed, as if Toji were about to leap off his base.

The scene rests on a base decorated with shattered fragments of the ground, evoking the damage caused by the clash. This base is specially designed to be placed opposite that of the Megumi Fushiguro ‘Encounter’ FIGURIZMα figurine, sold separately. Placing the two models together allows you to recreate their encounter and expand the scene.

Made from PVC, the figurine measures approximately 20 cm in height and 15 cm in width. Its size, intricately detailed base and spectacular pose make it a piece particularly well-suited to a display dedicated to Jujutsu Kaisen or the characters from the Shibuya arc.

Character background and lore

Toji Fushiguro is a former member of the Zenin family, one of the great clans of the exorcist world. Born without any occult energy due to a celestial restriction, he has instead developed superhuman physical abilities. His strength, speed, senses and mastery of weapons enable him to take on exorcists capable of using powerful techniques.

After leaving the Zenin clan, he became a mercenary known as the ‘exorcist killer’. He made a name for himself in particular by accepting the mission to assassinate Riko Amanai, the future vessel of the Stellar Plasma, who was then under the protection of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto. His complete lack of occult energy makes him particularly difficult to detect and allows him to take even the most experienced exorcists by surprise.

Toji is also the father of Megumi Fushiguro. During the Shibuya incident, his body is temporarily brought back to life through a séance technique. His fighting instinct quickly takes over, leading him to confront several Scourges before coming face to face with Megumi, without immediately recognising his own son.

The ‘Encounter’ figurine is inspired by this encounter. Toji is depicted wielding the Floating Cloud and standing ready to attack, whilst the companion Megumi figurine shows him using his Ten Shadows technique. Together, the two pieces recreate the tragic face-to-face confrontation between father and son.
