Each character features the iconic Funko Pop! style, with an oversized head, large black eyes and deliberately stylised proportions. The colours, costumes and accessories capture the key details that make the inhabitants of Halloween Town instantly recognisable.

Jack Skellington is depicted in his elegant black striped suit, complete with his large bat-shaped bow tie. Sally wears her dress made up of colourful pieces of fabric sewn together, whilst the Mayor stands out with his slender figure and imposing hat. Zero completes the set with his ghostly form and glowing pumpkin-shaped nose.

Made from vinyl, the figurines measure approximately 6.4 to 13.2 cm in height, depending on each character’s size and pose. They are grouped together in a large illustrated display box, allowing the set to be displayed without removing the figurines from their packaging.

Origin and character lore

The Nightmare Before Christmas is set mainly in Halloween Town, a fantastical world entirely devoted to preparing for and celebrating Halloween. Its inhabitants are monsters, ghosts and strange creatures who work every year to make this festival as spooky as possible.

Jack Skellington, nicknamed the Pumpkin King, is the most admired figure in Halloween Town. Despite his talent and popularity, he gradually grows tired of repeating the same celebrations year after year. When he stumbles upon Christmas Town by chance, he is captivated by the lights, the decorations and the joyful spirit of Christmas.

Convinced that he can organise this festival himself, Jack decides to take Santa’s place. He asks the inhabitants of Halloween Town to make presents, but their macabre vision quickly transforms the toys and decorations into terrifying creations.

Sally is a rag doll created by Dr Finkelstein. Intelligent, sensitive and highly observant, she harbours deep feelings for Jack. After having a vision foretelling the failure of his plan, she tries to warn him of the dangers of his interpretation of Christmas.

The Mayor of Halloween Town is a character with a reversible face, capable of switching from a cheerful expression to a terrified one. Although he officially runs the town, he relies heavily on Jack to organise the celebrations and make important decisions.

Zero is Jack’s faithful ghostly dog. He has a glowing pumpkin-shaped nose, which enables him to guide his master’s sleigh through the fog, much like Rudolph in traditional Christmas stories.

This set brings together the film’s hero, his most loyal ally, the official representative of Halloween Town and his ghostly companion. It encapsulates the visual world of the feature film, where the dark aesthetic of Halloween meets the colours and traditions of Christmas.
