Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Fang the Hunter, also known as Nack the Weasel in the West when he first appeared, is a wolf-jerbo hybrid introduced in 1994 in the Game Gear video game Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble. A devious treasure hunter, thief and mercenary with a cowboy accent, he is motivated solely by money and the lust for precious Chaos Emeralds. Unlike Sonic's other rivals, Fang generally avoids hand-to-hand combat, preferring to use gadgets like his cap pistol or travel in his signature vehicle, the Marvelous Queen, a custom hovercraft. Her mischievous personality has made her a cult antagonist in SEGA's classic scene.
