Origin and character background
To celebrate its 100th anniversary, the legendary Warner Bros. studio has treated itself to a series of completely original crossovers, bringing together the flagship franchises that have made its name over the years. This unusual figurine combines Bugs Bunny, the iconic mascot of the Looney Tunes cartoons created in 1940, with the green and yellow costume of Buddy the Elf, the guileless and hilarious human character played by Will Ferrell in the cult Christmas film Elf (2003).The figurine perfectly captures this comical fusion: the famous grey rabbit sports his large, upright white and pink ears, but is dressed in the full North Pole elf outfit, including the green jacket with white fur, the black belt, the yellow trousers and the little pointed hat adorned with a red feather.
