Origin and character’s universe

Released in 1992 and directed by Chris Columbus, Home Alone 2: Lost in New York is a cult Christmas family comedy. The story follows young Kevin McCallister, who boards the wrong plane and finds himself alone in New York, where he crosses paths once again with Harry and Marv, the ‘Blur Burglars’, fresh out of prison. Marv Merchants, the tall, clumsy oaf of the duo, is famous for his ability to fall victim to Kevin’s most painful and inventive traps.
