LILO & STITCH - POP Disney N° 1743 - Mermaid Angel

This vinyl figure represents the character of Angel (Experiment 624), based on her thematic appearance disguised as a mermaid from the world of Disney's Lilo & Stitch licence.

This model reproduces the visual characteristics of the alien creature, using the graphic style typical of the Funko POP! range, with an oversized head and simplified body. The character is shown seated, sporting his distinctive pink colour, two large flexible antennae tilted backwards and a moulded mermaid suit covering the lower part of his body with a finish imitating scales and a caudal fin. The markings below the figure's name on the packaging read "Vinyl Figure", designating a fixed-head figure.

Designed primarily for display on a shelf, on a desk or in a window, this collector's item comes in its original cardboard packaging with a transparent window so you can see the figure without opening the box.

Introduced to the franchise's extended universe through the Lilo & Stitch series, Angel - also listed as Experiment 624 by Dr Jumba Jookiba - is a genetic creature conceived just before Stitch (Experiment 626). Its main function is to sing a specific melody capable of converting initially benevolent genetic experiments back to their original malevolent programming. She became Stitch's companion after he helped her join their Hawaiian family unit (Ohana), and shares in the island's tropical adventures. This new version as a mermaid is directly linked to the seaside, maritime and island imagery characteristic of the Kauai coastline where the characters live.
