Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Introduced in 1999 in the film Toy Story 2, Pile-Poil (Bullseye in the original version) is the faithful steed of Sheriff Woody and cowgirl Jessie in the fictional 1950s TV show "Woody's Tinkering". Although he is a toy and does not express himself through speech, his behaviour and expressions are similar to those of an affectionate and loyal dog. He moves first into Andy's room and then into Bonnie's, accompanying the group on all their adventures. In Toy Story 5, the plot pits traditional toys against the massive arrival of technology and interactive screens. This figurine immortalises the classic Wild West ride in this new generational transition.
