This vinyl figure features an original cross-licence, merging the Grumpy Bear (Gromalabar) character from the Care Bears universe with the appearance of the Tin Man from the Wicked musical and film universe.

The model incorporates the stylistic features of the Funko POP! range, combining an oversized head with a smaller body. The grumpy blue teddy bear is shown dressed in the full silver-grey metallic armour of the iron character, complete with his small upside-down funnel hat on top of his head.
