This vinyl figure features an original cross-licence, merging a character from the Care Bears universe with the appearance of The Scarecrow from the world of the fairytale film Wicked.

The model incorporates the stylistic features of the Funko POP! range, combining an oversized head with a smaller body. The yellow teddy bear is depicted wearing the scarecrow's patched costume, with textures imitating burlap, straw details peeking out from his sleeves, a cord tied around his neck and his dark pointed hat crumpled on his head. The statuette shows him standing in a stable posture, capturing his playful facial expression.
